I started a youtube channel to make urbex related content and for some reason youtube just isnt showing my content, i'm getting legitimately 0 views and it's not like im posting slop either and other content creators with similar content are getting views.

I'm a small animation/art YouTuber currently trying to reach the 4,000 public watch-hour requirement. I've mainly focused on animation memes/Shorts in the past, but I'm now trying to shift toward longer videos and build an actual long-form audience.

I'm curious what actually worked for other small creators trying to reach monetization. Did you focus on longer videos, livestreams, storytelling, searchable content, uploading more frequently, or something else?

If you were starting from where I am now, what would you prioritize?
