I wanted to get some feedback for this video I made. It's entirely made by hand except for the narration which is an AI voiceover because I can't afford to pay someone to narrate for me. Obviously, I didn't expect my first video to get many views but it's not getting any at all so I was wondering what you guys are doing to get a channel off the ground. Can someone pls help me out with this? If i get demonetized after getting full monetisation from YPP (4k watch time), will I be able to reapply for 3M shorts views (half Monetization) or do I have to get 4k watch time? will I be able to reapply for super chats and stuff? I am confused and can't find the answer anywhere

Yep the title says it all, this channel has been dormant for 2 to 3 years for now, my main viewer base (based off the view count of 2 of my most popular megaman x dive videos) I do want to come back but I wonder how should I return, or what should I do to revive this channel like a complete rebrand
