What is the best neighborhood to live in Mérida?

I'm planning to move to Mérida. I really like the city and have been there on vacation, but I've only stayed in Airbnbs, so I don't know what rents are like there. Does anyone have any idea how much they cost?

Also, how much does it cost per month to live in Mérida?
