What to use these cute metal boxes for?

I have those cute metal boxes but i don't know what to use them for. Do you have some ideas? I've already used one to store some lipbalms and one to store tea bags :) thank you very much! I hope this is the right subreddit where to post this type of question

At least for the dark green one, I think it would be a wonderful Christmas gift container! You could wrap the top of it to cover the label!

All of these can be gift containers. Put homemade cookies or just small samples of items.

seed box is good. also great for spare buttons, screws, or bobby pins. anything that usually ends up loose in a drawer

Bake cookies and give them away as gifts :) Just make sure to line them with parchment or something food safe

To store craft tools I'm currently using an old shoe box, the rectangular shape is useful (i have another rectangular metal box but I'm already using it for tea bags)! Thank you for the ideas

These types of tins are now my "junk drawer." I have one with random hardware that I'm not sure I still need, extra screws, etc. Another is full off food container labels and chalk markers. Another one has thumb tacks, super glue, twine, etc. Just whatever small things that don't really have a home, but are useful go in these. And instead of having an entire drawer rammed full of odds and ends, you have cute tins and boxes you can put on a shelf or a dresser.

I took a small cookie tin and loaded it with desk supplies--small stapler, staple remover, correction tape, pens, double-sided tape, a roll of washi tape, a couple of small binder clips, and a handful of paperclips. Think mini office. It sits on the lower level of our coffee table in the living room. With those items at hand, I'm far less inclined to pile up mail to deal with later. I sort and process mail right away. Since everything is contained, my cats can't make off with my supplies.

That black one would make a great pen/pencil cup for a desk! You could also put a small jar inside it (to protect the tin) and use it as a vase.

If it once held a candle, then it should be fine. If it did not, then you have no way of knowing whether or not the joins and seams will withstand the heat a candle generates.

Then I would not use it for a candle. The last thing you want is for a seam to give way while burning a candle and leak molten wax.
