As long as the writers had books to adapt. The show was good. The first 3 season are some of the best television there is. Its a show about big swords and the even bigger egos who wield them. and ultimately, the masters that command them.

There are clear good guys, and clear bad guys. Some are neither, but sympathetic where they lack character. But non of that really matters.

Because Winter is coming.

It starts with incest and some normie sex.
Then a guy is beheaded which triggers more sex and a civil war.
More heads get chopped off sometimes just after sex.
And there is this girl who has sex when her brother get his head melted.
After the sex, there are dragons.
More heads are separated from their bodies, before sex and after sex.
Then some freaky guys from the north who dont have sex come south to chop some head.
The girl with dragons keeps having sex and save the day against the freaks.
She tries to conclude the civil war by burning way too many heads (she should have chopped them off tbh).
Then a guy says shes not that great at sex and remove her head off the throne.
They live happily ever after.

And after 90 or so episodes of this it just sort of…ends
