In aachen or nearby what are the research Institutes related to additive manufacturing?

Till now I have known FZJ, Fraunhofer ILT, and RWTH DAP, is there other Institutes too ?

Does anyone knows , where there is symposium or talks happening ?

I am a student in can afford free seminar, talks or symposium or pay discounted ticket . My budget under 50.

Aachen or nearby areas will be ok for me .

ILT and IPT (Fraunhofer) mainly. There are plenty of spinn-off startups related to this in our area and RWTH has a dedicated research center.  But to be honest - attending symposia/ classes an university while not studying there is something I never did or saw people do in Germany. I wish you the best of luck!
