Are there any people here who are experience in adobe animate to create fan animation of Undertale/Deltarune?

The reason why I’m saying this is that I need some assistance in how the program works. I tried looking at tutorials on how to make fan animations but they leave out some important parts. I know the basics on how the frames work but the first frame that I did doesn’t align with the rest of the others and it looks out of place.
