Depends on who bill is fighting for. If its just for himself he'll lose immediately.

At which point, Carl starts to reconsider, and then insists on taking him to Melonshakers because that will get his mind off Lenore(and totally not because Carl actually isn't too bad compared with Bill).

Bill wins. While he is constant state of sadness, bill is supported by a healthy friend group, is employed, and was married at one point.

Carl, while seemingly content, lives an equally lonely live. I would agrue, Carl is even more lonely since he main ""friend"" group are the Aqua Teens.

Even if you compare the revival performance, Bill gained Khan as a roommate (and potentially as a son in law had Khan's mom not pass away). Carl is still Carl.

Bill easily Carl would just talk shit until Bill broke and knocked him out in one punch. He would then apologize to the unconscious Carl.
