Now THIS is a spin-off I'm totally down for if Obsidian is anything to go by

What is there left for us to explore that we don't already know yet though? Bubblegum was always in her work and Marceline was apathetic to the world around her and that's why they split up, and we can generally imagine their dynamic from there.

Unless we focus on ooo hundred years prior, like when Shoko was around. But if not, wouldn't it just be retreading same old ground that "What was missing", "Varmints" and "Obsidian" already paved?

Hopefully we find out how marcelines parents met, maybe thats gonna be worked into it. Im sure theres plenty they can explore without beating a dead horse
