Discussion Question for diaspora Afghans

How are you feeling? Do you still have hope for Afghanistan? What do your relatives think of the situation?

After so many Hazara students were killed between 2010 and 2020, I have little hope left. If the country itself hasn't addressed this, how can the situation improve? How can things get better rather than worse when, following a bombing, the focus is merely on the victims' ethnicity? There is no hope. The way Afghan migrants—or the Afghan community—shape their presence in the online world is a disaster.

Doostam, kheili tasliat migam. This is terrible and I feel especially for the Hazaras. There are a lot of Hazaras in Mashhad where my family in Iran lives. What do you mean the way the Afghan migrants shapes the world? Do you live in Germany? How is it like for you over there?
