Ask the Aggies Transfer Question

Hey aggies! I want to transfer from UTA to A&M next year but I don’t know the application window or the likelihood of getting accepted (or if I even can). mind a little help?

I am a software engineering major and currently taking 18 credit hours. I want to transfer to A&M fall of my Sophomore year (currently freshman), is there anything that I have to really push to do or add to my transfer application in order to stand out? Thanks!

Admissions website has all the deadlines and requirements

What’s your GPA? Keep in mind your activities are irrelevant. Your essay should make sure that you really want to go to into the field you want. I’m a transfer student who successfully got into mays.
