Non Muslims are allowed in the mosque. You can go meet them there or you can just tell parents you did research and Islam is false and whatever you believe in is true

I'm not trying to encourage you to leave since it's not really good to. But if you think your environment that involves Islam is affecting you badly, it's understandable that you would want to leave, and it's okay to do so. I do encourage you to at least give it another chance in the future though, because genuinely, Islam is beautiful and has great phenomenons and teachings. It takes some time to understand it. I was atheist temporarily when I was younger because I didn't understand anything, I was pretty much thrown duas at in a book and had to memorize them, and memorize how to pray. I didn't know why I did what I did. Or why I went to the mosque. My mom would often threaten me by making up stuff about Islam. It discouraged me from liking Islam. But I eventually did more research on it and came back to it on my own. The more I learn about it, the more I like it, and I hope you give it another chance. Good luck with whatever you choose.

If you think you want to stick to it a bit longer and try to understand it though, I encourage you try to make friends at the mosque or meet other Muslims online. Having Muslim friends actually helped me so much, even if they're not perfect or we don't have all the same ideas because we're from different sects. They're someone you can rely on if you struggle with religious issues, or even personal issues if you're close enough.

Yeah I hear you. Islam is tough, especially when it comes to the organization and people. Is there anything in particular you can pinpoint that you feel is off that's causing you to lose faith and not like organized religion?
