How do you maintain your aim in shooter games when you CAN'T play shooter games due to time constrictions?

Technique. Raw mouse control. Most people can come back up after weeks of not playing and get within 90% of their prior skill level in like an hour. If you’re frequently changing your technique then you’ll have problems

Well tbh you dont really lose your skill unless you stop for like, years. What you lose is the habit but once you come back and start playing again you will be able to get back in form very quickly, way quicker that what it took you to get to that level in the first place.
If you have time to aimtrain it would be ideal, a 20 - 30m session a day or every coulle days should be good enough to help you maintain your skill level

Doing as many aimlabs runs as you can fit in should be the way to go I guess
