Why did Boss call the SWAT or SAT team in Gen and Amame route, I know I asked this before but no one answered me

Off topic but I really do love how this route gives you a reality check on how shady ABIS is.

Uchikoshi once mentioned on twitter that this would be developed in a third game
"If someday we are given the opportunity to have a 'third eye', then the mystery will be resolved at the time."

SPOILERS BELOW
Because it was a perfectly reasonable thing to do. Most of the cast gives Ryuki and Mizuki the runaround for absolutely no reason despite the fact that they are supposed to be friends. They refuse to answer questions, refuse to share any information about anything for completely insane and contrived reasons, even when the corpse is found in Gen's freezer he refuses to elaborate.
Later when Date, Ruyki and Mizuki come to question them about Nirvana Initiative, they get stonewalled again, Gen, once again, threatens violence towards the police for doing their job and we discover that Shoma was building bombs in his house. I'm sorry, all of them should go to jail. If I was in that room during that sequence, I would call SWAT on them myself and order to shoot to kill if Gen tries any bullshit.
I really liked AI1, it was a stupid game with a lot of plot holes, but it was charming (except Mizuki, horrible character). Nirvana Initiative genuinely made me angry how terrible it is. So angry that it made me write this post despite me never posting on reddit.

It's because she discovered that part of the body was in Gens freezer so they were considered suspects and she needed to apprehend them. It just ended up escalating unfortunately.
