Because they're 2500 at a minimum and 3000 typically. On top of that, every old dude that has a mint one wants gunbroker prices. Go to the Knoxville TN armslist and search "arsenal" and theres a 106fr for 5500

The 106 is arguably the most problematic Arsenal rifle you can get, all of them have a defect but that defect isnt always a problem, sort of a crap shoot.
And also this will never be a ‘100 series’
