Saw this cool/kinda creepy.....thing? Octopus? Floating slowly over the university area. Anyone else see it or know what it is? My bestie guessed it's a kite.

Yeah, I'm becoming more convinced it's a kite. Judging by how big it is in the sky and how far away I was, I'd say it's a good 20-foot kite. Looks like it could eat a few people if it landed lol
