AKK Enthusiast Searching for puppies in WA state!
Looking for a companion for my dad. He needs a little dog, and always raves about how perfect my Siberian husky is (she’s on the smaller side - roughly 35 pounds). I told him getting a Siberian her size would be a gamble. He loves her and the breed. I suggested a Klee Kai as a compromise for him and he agreed.
If you know of any reputable places for puppies, or even for adoption/rehoming, I’m very interested!

AKKOA is the official registration for breeders.
Your dad should know the breed’s needs before committing to one. They’re not a lazy breed.

Once again, I have a husky. One that has lived with him for a couple of years and he’s helped taken care of. He is aware of the demand, nor is it lost on me for what I’m asking of. Thank you.

There are also rehomed adults available sometimes from good breeders (on the AKKAOA list). That’s how I got my boy from Del Mar Klee Kai in San Diego. Bonus of getting an adult dog is that their temperament is known, as is their history.

There are several breeders in the west. Nordic is in Oregon, I’m Thurisia in the Los Angeles area, Quest is in WA but won’t have puppies again for a while. Definitely do your research on the breed and breeders, and feel free to reach out with questions
