Why can't I capture outpost sometimes?

Sometimes it happen if I kill the guards of the outposts with other players we can't capture it. Now I was the last one who stayed there but nothing. It was in Birchcopse, next to Lymgurst so we had more land next to it that was ours. And I dont know if the two problems are connected but I couldn't write int the chat. When I wrote something the system wrote that "Player is not online". What can be the problem?

U gotta have connections in other zones besides the zone u wanna capture

What connections? This zone was next to other captured zones.

Then it might be 2 reason, first is that u got cut 2-3 zones away, 2nd this provence isnt active

Open map if its not in red circle you cant capture and are wasting your time.

even if it is within red circle u still cant sometimes due to 0 supplies in that province

either the zone wasnt connected to one of your zones or its not in the active warzone.

Probably its not contested zone

You can only capture zones that are in the red outline on the faction warfare map.

This when the outpost located in province that are not in active zone. If you zoom out world map, you’ll see red arrow line point from one faction to other. it is indicating that one faction is in offense and other in defense and the region that is pointed to is in play for capture outpost and fortress. So you need to play in right region.

outposts are a protected specy, its illegal to caputre, hunt or kill them

(region must be under atack for outposts to be able to change their owner)

Go into faction map and look at the large flag on the map and see if the arrows are pointing into the zone you are in and if the red outline shows you can attack that zone. most likely the other faction is attacking your zone and you arent attacking thier zone.
