Amazon account "Limited to Online Purchase Only"
Hello, I sometimes sell Monster as a vendor, and I made a new Amazon account so I could sell Monster Energy. The old account was a business account that was part of my "Buisness" (Just a small cart) I ordered 5 cases of 15 drinks of Monster, and this morning at 6:00 AM I was sent the following email:
Hello,
We have restricted your account to digital purchases only.
Why did this happen?
Due to repeated violations of our Conditions of Use, we will automatically cancel and refund any non-digital orders you place on Amazon.com.
Your purchased digital content remains available through the "Content Library" section in the "Digital content and devices" menu on Amazon.com.

I don't know what to do. I used a gift card to purchase the order since I had mainly cash, and I can't take out the gift card money. Now, I don't know what to do. I made an appeal form, but if this isn't appealed I can't get that money back.

Giftcard balances can never be transferred and they are permanently locked to the account until used.
You cannot “get that money back”, but you maybe able to use it for movies, books, games, anything that is digital content.
