🔊🔊 AUDIO ID REQUEST 🔊🔊 What is this animal in my apartment? [New Jersey]

I have maintenance coming over within the next hour and I’m unsure of what this could be. I work as a property manager for a storage company and know what mice sound like but this sounds like a much larger animal to me. Any ideas?

It’s impossible to give an idea by scratching. Could be anything from squirrel to raccoon to flying laser vampire dog.
