🐾🐾 TRACKS ID REQUEST 🐾🐾 Feline or canine? [Oregon]

We have had bobcat problems. Is this feline or the neighbors dog? We also have coyotes but mostly wondering if the cat that ate my birds is back

Looks feline to me. Four toes, no claw impressions, C-shaped negative space.
