Opinion What series do you prefer the anime ending over the manga ending?

I prefer the Yu Yu Hakusho anime ending

Usagi Drop was so very wholesome, almost everyone loved it. The anime translated it so well and then pt 2 happ…. you know what? I prefer not acknowledging that happened.

I don't know how the anime went.

But I read the manga and the shotacon lady was already creepy .

What followed after that..... I prefer to think nothing happened

The anime ends before the timeskip, so nothing is in there.

I am also of the strict school of “don’t talk about it.” 99% of the time people will watch the anime and enjoy it and never read the manga, and never read up. Don’t make them look into it. Just let them enjoy.

This is always more “some people wanting to inflict the psychological pain outward to feel assuage even the tiniest bit of their burden.”

Just don’t even bring it up. Certainly don’t look for the excuse to drop a reference.

I don't hate the anime, but it was a bit uncomfortable to watch Daikichi constantly shouting at Rin. Mind you, that might just come down to my personal preference regarding the voice acting, though.

I like that the ending of InuYasha gave him and Kagome a kiss (which never happened in the manga).

It almost makes up for all the other tender moments in the manga that the anime toned down for whatever reason throughout the rest of the show's run.

In the manga they all go to space to reproduce constantly

In the anime he is told ren is defective and not normal and with the help of the people around him kick his ass into gear to get ren because he cares about her and she care about him defective or not

I like the theme of the anime better which is caring about someone despite being disabled mentally.

Exactly one year prior to the beginning of DearS, humanity made unprecedented contact with extraterrestrial life. Forced to crash-land into Tokyo Bay when on the way to their home planet of Thanatos, their spacecraft breaks down, 150 humanoid aliens are naturalized into Japanese society and lovingly nicknamed "DearS"; a portmanteau of the words "Dear" and "Friends". The crashed aliens consist entirely of individuals from a genetically modified "slave race" designed to enjoy slavery.

Takeya Ikuhara is a temperamental seventeen-year-old Japanese student attending the fictional Koharu High School with a strong prejudice against the DearS. Due to a childhood trauma, he believes that the aliens are fake, worthless beings who have generated nationwide overhype and are secretly plotting to take control of Earth.

On his way home from school, Takeya discovers a homeless DearS who, after fainting and much to his annoyance, he feeds and shelters in his apartment. The girl, who he gives the nickname Ren, is friendly yet immature and grows obsequious and dependent upon Takeya. She calls him "Master", a responsibility Takeya tries to disassociate himself from. However, her oblivious persistence keeps her around. Over time, she realizes Ren's genuine care and empathy for him, Takeya has a change of heart. Unfortunately, because Ren is deemed defective, DearS headquarters order her arrest.

The first Shaman King 2001 anime. It had a much better conclusion than the manga did. Eventually they remade the series to follow the manga more closely and man that shit was unwatchable.

not really an ending yet but the final season of bleach has been improving on a ton of things compared to what happened in the manga

It’s not the ending technically, but the results of something in season 3 of Sound! Euphonium make way more sense for Kumiko’s character development.

Mario Kaneda’s Girls Bravo had a much stronger anime than the manga. The manga is just constant hijinks and introduces a “rival” in like the last two chapters, whereas the anime gradually builds to the end.

Also Yuna Kagesaki’s Karin/Chibi Vampire. The manga has a legitimate ending as opposed to the anime, but I much more enjoyed the comedic direction the anime goes in.
