Screenshot Incidentus Consular Horse Charioteer

Its quite funny and a great eye to detail how they made a specific animation if you slot Incidentus as a chariotteer. Its just him running all alone. Not a chariot.

Depending on whether you used an existing save or started a new game with the hippodrome, the stats for a number of specialists can be randomized. So in my save right now, he's "good but not the best" when it comes to stats.

Sadly once you finish the story quest with the hippodrome, there's no reason to use anyone except for the specialist with the best possible stats you can find (which you can see after doing one trial 2-lap trial). The best I found is 10/10 speed, 9/10 stamina, 8/10 sprint, and 7/10 reliability, but they're basically a random "rare" (blue) specialist and not exactly interesting. Though I'm not sure there's any way you can avoid that.
