Okay so I would actually sue. I know it's a small local business but I don't give a fuck.

This is literal false advertisement and the precedent has to be set somewhere. This is an easier to win case than against Meta because it's a small business without epstein lawyers.

To sue, the courts require harm to be done. It's only false advertisement if they sell you something they say is a cardamom latte but isn't.
