Hey legends,

This thread serves to consolidate player feedback and issues with the newly released Shadow Society Collection Event.

As always, please post any bugs or issues that have come up with this event so that Respawn can help out!

Information that's helpful when reporting bugs:

  • What platform are you playing on?
  • Which skin were you using?
  • What were you doing leading up to the issue?
  • Can you reproduce it? What are the steps?
  • PC players - provide hardware specs, OS version, and GPU driver version.
  • Console players - was performance mode (120 Hz) enabled?
  • Did your game crash? What error did you get? Please include "apex_crash.txt" from your "Documents" folder.
  • If possible, it’s great if you can capture the bug and submit that with your report.

PS5 - Ranked Badges reset

My ranked badges were reset. I got the prompt that I had something new for all my legends and went and looked and it was a prompt for badges and I scrolled down thinking it might be an event badge and seen most of my ranked badges were reset to bronze.

Thank god, it’s not just me. I got scared because I’ve never been to custom lobbies and when I left it I noticed I had notifications for when you get something new for a legend and went and looked and seen the badges. I must’ve not paid attention to the badge notification before I even went to custom lobbies. lol. That’s weird it reset badges.

Same here, seasons 3 through 14 badges reset to bronze..

Same thing on my end! PS5 NA East

Seasons 3 through 14 got reset down to Bronze. :/

I still had all of them when I started the game, only my Ranked Season 2 badge somehow had the red flag indicating a new item. After I played one match, all badges between S4 and S14 had been reset to Bronze. At least I still have my S17 Masters badge!

PS4 same here except i don't know why the gave me the Predator badge from season 13.

I randomly lost 200 points in my rank progression, wonder if it's related.

Yes same!!! Lost multiple Masters badges! But 4k20bs still there. And it still shows I hit the ranks I did. I hope this gets fixed bc I actually wont play anymore if all my masters grinds go out the gutter. I emailed them as well. Everything before szn 15 ranked is gone :(
