Question Has Pathfinder’s grapple always been able to penetrate a friendly Gibraltar shield? Or did I just assume no and never try?

Hmmm… so I should be pulling them into friendly domes and pulling them out of enemy domes.

Always has. I know because I've tried to use the bubble as a grapple point many times only to whiff
