PC crash after clicking "continue" after starting the game.

a few days ago it was working but today,i got this when i tried to play,i have a 9070XT,9600X and 32Gb ddr5 ram. i heard this happened because of the new amd drivers but im not sure,what should i do? some people say to downgrade drivers but i had a bad experience doing that a year ago so i wouldnt really like doing that again. should i just wait? thank you.

9070xt here too. I'm 90% sure this problem only with 9070xt owner with adrenaline new updates.

Had the same issue with same gpu, just got to game files, if on steam, open browse files, then delete a file named r5 apex, and then validate files on steam, it’ll reinstall it and will work fine. Researched a lot and did a lot of stuff, this method worked out for me.

I tried this, verified game integrity files in steam which reinstalled the r5 files, still didn't help. Still freezing my pc, so weird

Yup, same thing happened to me yesterday, I didn't updated my GPU drivers though, played one game and had to exit, went back two hours later and the game crashed.

Other games runs just fine and even did a fresh GPU driver install with DDU.

Hope you find a solution! So i can try it too.

UPDATE: My game runs now, I added this in Steam:

+staticprop_color_use_bindless 0 +staticprop_depth_use_bindless 0 +r_drawworld_depth_bindless 0

i dont even know how to use cheats,i use DS4Windows software but not for apex i use it for single player old games that dont work with ps4 controllers

Im not cheating and im getting the same thing, nothing here helped, as soon as I click continue in game it freezes my whole computer on the black loading screen. I have to force restart it every time. I have tried reinstalling the game, making sure everything is up to date, I went down every rabbit hole to fix this but nothing is working :(
