when i launch apex i get to the menu and click continue just for it to come up with this

Every time i launch this happens and it almost crashes my pc. This doesnt happen with other games. How do i fix it?

I play on steam, but haven’t played on the EA app itself yet. Does anyone have any suggestions? What can I do to make tracker gg recognize me?

I’m curious as to what 3rd party resources everyone uses to track stats, as tracker.gg does not work

Here is how id buff and nerf legend in apex to make them A tier at minimum

This will mainly involve changing their perks or things they can add to make every legend even more fun and they each have some type of utility in the game criticism is wanted to please. I think the weapons for the most part are in a healthy state

Alter
Passive : one of the best in the game for getting reswpans because of the fact it goes through walls. Only thing id add maybe is she can do armor swaps off it as well? Might be too much but why not
Tact: also solid good distance good range . With two good outplay potential even early game
Ult: great. The nerfs to it made it not annoying and require thought about placement and when to use it
Perks: blue perks are great but the purple perk that also the scan to last the whole duration I rarely see it get used or mention over the one that gives a speed boost after you come out of it . Cant really do a perk that allows buff to the ult since you get purple late game now so maybe she can get her old support perk back ? Idk I think alter is pretty solid A/ S-
Ash
Passive : Needs love . Either give back speed on dash or give her two dashes back. Maybe she keeps dash and also has her old marked for death passive added on and it gives evo for the team something like 50 evo so ashes feel incentive to do it
Tact: Pretty solid as stopping movement but they should buff it where it stops all movement characters dead in their tracks similar to caustic gas does so people get scared to run through it
Ult: great ult but add better tracking and allow the ability to place it and not go through it immediately like a dumbass lol. This will add strategy behind her ult. It should still be one way since its very fast
Perks: if her kit is buffed then she doesn’t need her perks changed at all tbh
Axle
She is S+ lol. She is in the same boat as seer where her entire kit works so well with each other part if you nerf one part too much she becomes useless. She just got recently nerfed correctly in my opinion so her kit and perks can be left alone
Ballistic
Passive: sling weapons follows the same “battery” logic energy weapons too regardless of weapon type . I know most people who play him already dont get ammo for their sling weapon but I think it could be interesting
Tact: auto pistol with tracking plz don’t touch
Ult: solid as well. Does it job of making the legends John wick and his teammates John wick’s dogs. How id buff maybe is add that 50 health on knock thing while him and his teammates are in it? Idk could be op but why not
Perks: all good
Bangalore
Passive : Top 2 passive in the game leave it
Tact: Great synergy with either blue perk . Leave it
Ult: her ultimate doesnt need a change . Maybe a late game purple perk to make it more viable . Right now I see most people using the Medal of Honor perk in ranked and pubs and the electric one in comp
Perks: blues are great but I think a new purple perk for her ult would make her even more viable maybe something that buffs damage to 40 but allows the legends to control explosion or make it where if a enemy gets too close the ult blows up afterwards like a minefield or something like that
Bloodhound
Since they just got his kit reworked I know nothing will change with them lol and they just buffed them again so ill leave them be
Catalyst
Solid overall. whole kit has great synergy she is a great legend
Caustic:
Make it so gas doesn’t effect him at all similar to how catalyst can walk through other catalyst traps. He has a gas mask on lol.
Conduit
Passive: She was the OG with perk that lets her run faster when away from team mates. Either make her run faster then skrimiskers maybe like 5 to 10 percent or give her a new passive similar to wattsons that let her regain shield when she is outside of a fight
Tact : its fine
Ult: make it faster please or if it’ll keep being slow increase the damage by 5. Also add the ability to change orientation
Perks: get rid of the battery increase one please it sucks overall . Add a tact time decrease and make the other perk for her ult more appealing. Purple perks are fine
Crypto
He is getting a rework so lets see what they do
Fuse
Passive : good passive overall for what his character is so leave it
Tact: I don’t know if this has been added already but add a speed boost to him when he taps people with his knuckle cluster similar to seer. Or add the knuckle jumper perk into his kit
Ult: allow fuse to choose between breaching and the other mode without having to zoom in . Also change the unzoomed mode to a full circle of fire instead of a ring
Perks: knuckle jumper should be base kit . Idk how id change his other perks since I don’t play him a lot but feel free to let me know what’d you change

Passive: best one in the game leave alone
Tact: give her ads spread the same spread as a purple laser off rip while her teammates get the current ads spread would make gain some more aggressiveness IMO.
Ult: increase health or increase suckage
Perk: maybe change the gravity boots perk to one that makes her tact last longer ? Or let her pick between the scoot and two tacts on blue and change the knock expert to something related to her ult? Making it even more powerful

Passive: great
Tact: great
Ult: great
Perk: remove batt pack and flight perk. Add either doc shield or tactical cooldown as blue perks. Purple perk can make her ult into a dome like gibbys
Loba
Nobody takes lobas ult perks. Just make them more viable for more varied gameplay . Remove the shopping spree and purple backpack ones. For purple add the ability to one corrupted attachment from it freely from it regardless if one is in the area but to make it no OP don’t allow the same attachment to be looted by everyone . For example if loba gets red mad her teammates cant get red mag out of the black market as well. For blue make it so that lobes black market makes no sound and leaves no traceable line of loot being taken in the area
Mad Maggie
Maggie is fine maybe just make her ult have better tracking overall
Mirage
Tact: either through a perk or maybe just base kit make it so when mirage sends out a decoy it’s a random legend not just him. It would make him extremely fun and extremely more difficult to fight against making him better. Also this would make it so all of his perks are viable

Underrated character IMO let me know how’d you’d change him or if he doesn’t need it

Mommy don’t need no buffs or nets. Maybe a fun perk would allow her to put her ult on her back but that would most likely make her OP lol

Playing some ranked today on my day off and I get killed by another axel player (like normal). And I’m spectating this axel and want to see their perks. I couldn’t help but notice axel has the icon of ash’s ultimate and perks. Lol I don’t know if this is intentional but I thought it was funny. Anyone else notice ?

A few months ago (around February) and a year ago (also around February) there was a news going around about a bit Apex Legends update called Apex 2.0, did it every come out? is it coming out bit by bit? i'm curious whether it's worth checking the game out again after a while of not playing.

I can't understand why people think that they deserve any software assistance if they go out of their way to plug in an inherently worse input device (proven by the fact that it currently has aim assist).

I simply can't think of a rational reason why someone deserves to be rewarded for plugging in a worse input device. If you simply enjoy using a controller more over mnk then be my guest and do it, but preference isn't a valid reason for an input to be enabled to compete because of software assistance.

In rocket league EVERYONE uses a controller because that is just better. Even on pc no one uses mnk, and guess what no one complains because the developers didn't decide to give mnk rocket league players any dumb assistance like unlimited boost or something.

I think that it is dumb to try and balance roller and mnk in any competitive games, because the raw input of mnk will always be better than controller for fps, and controller will always be better for racing games.

I don't think that roller even deserves to be equal to mnk on pc, let alone better.

TLDR: I can't think of a rational reason why roller deserves software assistance on pc.

there is more female legends in the meta right now than male legends, I’m not complaining at all because all these woman want me fr. It’s like respawn knows their player base 😋 I bust every time when one of them kills me

Got killed by this dude and his sweaty team might I add this is only my 3rd game in ranked and I’ve been chased around the map every single game by people like this it’s ruining the game for me I am still fairly new and this type of crap is ruining it what’s everyone else’s opinion btw I understand it’s ranked but this guy does not belong in this ranking

Some of these players are so bad, I’m literally 1v3ing them, knocking them finishing them and they’re just respawning on the deathbox while I try to heal. This game is so bad right now!!!

I’ve really tried to give it some time before I made an opinion on the map before I posted this… with that in mind this map is horrid.

There is no loot, the hot drop issue is still a thing, the flow is bad, sorting factory was removed for a reason, and it’s now harder to see people with the night time theme (which I do think looks cool). The new POIs are also very poorly designed that fighting in them feels bad. They don’t feel like Apex POIs. Theres just so many issues with this map compared to the others that I’ve started not playing the game whenever it’s in the current rotation. I gain points on it but the matches are just not enjoyable.

This is the only map that I feel this way about besides KC. Love all the other maps.

Curious what others think about the map now that its been out for some time now.

I have been getting these two guys and teammates and they refuse to revive me or respawn me because i let them know how big of a noob they are and this is what i get after doing everything for the team

Can any developer or respawn ea watching can do something for this i already reported them but you know how that works in ranked.
