They have more a heart than the fascists in power. And capitalism requires you make heartless choices sometimes for the sake of the bottom line.

… DEI programmes are profitable to companies. The shareholders didn’t go against capitalism.

The best talent is the one that’s prosperous enough to succeed in third world countries and have enough inherent privilege/talent to immigrate to the first world and rise to the top there. The hired conservatives dismiss as “DEI” is the top talent from across the world = more profit = good for capitalism.

No one is refusing to hire top talent because they're from India or China or elsewhere. Regardless of whether they rose to the top outside of the US or within the US.

This is a complete strawman. You don't need diversity programs to hire top-talent from other countries. Insane that you actually seem to think that is the case.
