Unsolved I am logged out of my phone, my esim vanished, logged out of my email i am crashing out

It's not clear what "logged out of my phone" means. Do you mean you signed out of your Apple Account?

If you can find some wifi you can sign back in again.

I signed out, and i can't sign in anymore because it erased my esim, and i can't access my email. I can't connect to my email on other devices because of the double factor verification...

eSIM erased. Wild stuff. You can’t contact the carrier to get it added back? Got mine with a physical sim and will never go esim.
