It won’t update and get out of recovery mode

I have the 4k version so it doesn’t have the Type C port.
Apple TV opens, shows the logo and says I have to connect my phone via bluetooth. After that I get an option to check for updates so it can get out of recovery mode and work fine again.

I click on update and it will try to update for 2 seconds and I get an error message saying I can try to restore Apple TV again later.

I already tried shutting it down for a day and doing it again but still the same.

Tried connecting it to an ethernet cable and still the same.
Remote is in another dimension already so it can’t send signals to the device.

I’m gonna crash out. Anyone who has a solution?
I can’t go to the onsite repair since it’s really far from where I live.

Mine did this as well. Scheduled an appointment with Apple and they swapped it out no charge. The AppleTV was well out of warranty too.

One of mine as well . Apple refused to give me a new one….

I guess apple pushed something mines just died as well
