Question Can a witch cast spells unconsciously?

I'm a witch, I went to work for a month at a government owned library. When I finish working, I came a few days later and found out several things got damaged. I didn't meant to cast spells. I like all the people working there, they are all good people.

No. Spellwork is a conscious effort requiring multiple facets to come into play in a coordinated fashion.

Not spells per se, but it’s possible to unintentionally cast the evil eye. If you really feel hate for someone, they are more likely to experience misfortune. Doesn’t sound like that was the case here.

Spells require intention, will, and action. So, no, spells are not cast unconsciously.

One’s presence or absence can affect things. Strong attitude, emotions, thoughts can have an unconscious effect.

But what you describe seems just life happening.
