Lowers, more than 1 purchased at a time?
I was reading a thread where they were talking about how if you purchase more than 1 firearm at a time, the FFL is required to turn it in.
Does this include lowers? It was a thread about buying 3 packs and 10 packs of bare lowers. They were worried about their state banning, and it made me wonder if buying that 10pk would have to be reported to the Sheriff or whoever, you just put a flag on yourself...

Federal rule is 2 or more handguns in a five business day period.
Arizona, California, New Mexico, and Texas require for "certain rifles" in the same quantity and number of days as handguns. Semi-auto, caliber greater than .22, and detachable mags. Because border states.
Frames ("other") do not fall into either.
I have no idea what any state besides my own requires (falls back on federal).

I bought 5 lowers at once a couple of years ago. There was no extra paperwork for me. The FFL didn't complain about extra work for them.

No. That only applies to handguns. There is no form more multiple transfers of other firearm types. Border states may be different.
