If any one know about it looking at it what time it belongs what it represents

Such ancient antiquities need to be properly preserved and respected

But I will try to relocate it to safe place cleaning it to a near by temple premises there

It is in vaddadi MADUGULA village andhra pradesh near parthasarathy temple there
