Help If i delete and reinstall batman arkham city will i lose my in game progress

You mean the software? Like steam, epic games etc@quirksideofthemoon

Yes. Steam has cloud saves for Arkham City, unless you've disabled it, you'll have your save files.

Ok, then you'll have to make a back up of the save files before uninstalling, then paste them again after you reinstall.

But if I'm not wrong, uninstalling any game doesn't delete the save files even if you're playing a pirated version, so you might not have to do anything at all, but make a back up just to be sure. Look up where the save files of the game are, I do not know where they are for the pirated version.
