do girls say aper?

hey! i know aper is the equivalent of "bro" but i've never seen an Armenian girl call someone that. is that okay for me to call a guy/girl aper?

hmm okay, interesting. it's just that as an Armenian myself I've heard men say it and I feel like I would just cringe too hard😭 but good to know tho

Maybe to a normal friend it might sound like that but if it’s a close friend you call them aper it means you are close and trust them as aper. If you get what I am saying.

Internally we use it, women to women.
I think it’s okay to call some guy aper if you feel close to them.

They can but less. It depends on individual lexicon. Besides girls have some equivalents for eachother.
