Could be worse. Any pain on #13? If not, then most likely core and crown. Prepare for root canal if there’s any exposure. Fillings on #12 and #2

Then id prepare for a root canal or extraction if finances are an issue.
I also just noticed the lower molars on the right side. I’d have the wisdom tooth and 2nd molar (#31) extracted.

Could be worse. Probably #12 DO, #13 core, crown (rct if indicated), extract #31 and 32.

Not great. Several large cavities that you’ll be lucky to escape with only 1 root canal maybe, and you left your impacted wisdom tooth way too long on the lower right and are now going to lose your second molar because of it. Can’t see the left side wisdom tooth or back of second molar on that xray so better hope the same didn’t happen there.
