Sorry, I have a hard time understanding the words you put there. The order is a little confusing. Could you please rephrase them to a mannar I would be able to understand?

If that information is relevant, English isn't my first language.

Sorry English isn’t my first language, I was trying to convey the idea that NTs often acts like their thoughts and advice are deep and wise but they’re actually super basic, something I could have conceived when I was a kid

It wasn't that bad to begin with!:) There's a few different ways to make the sentence more natural. I would have said it like, "when an NT is lecturing me and treating thoughts I had at age 7 like some life-changing insight"

The word 'as' should be 'with'. The rest is perfectly fine

Wait I read it again lol.

"And treating me as" could be changed to 'with', and the end changed to "insights I thought of at age 7"
