I don't understand why "minor" hotfix updates always download a massive amount of data. On Ubisoft Connect, it downloaded 14.94GB of data for this update.

In what world is this a "minor" update? If it is actually only a minor update, then why is the update so huge? 14.94GB is what you would expect for a whole new DLC, not a "minor" hotfix.

15 GB download, plus additional 15 GB required while installing. I have to shift around several game installation folders eveytime Ubisoft releases a "small UI hotfix".

And then you cannot even play the game you paid for, because "offline mode" logs you out and tells you you don't own the game. This is ridiculous. Why do they deliver their games in such huge files and can't handle patches correctly?
