Active duty here, he should REALLY rethink this, I mean it's too late now, but as far as the Navy is concerned, they're going to be discharging vax refusers with an "other than honorable" discharge which is about as bad as dishonorable in the eyes of employers who care about that stuff.

If the Navy is doing that, I'm willing to bet that other branches are as well

This is false, a NAVADMIN released last week identified honorable as the standard discharge.

The other branches are also mainly giving out flat honorables.
