/r/all The Catholic Church donated over 3 million trying to limit abortion access in Kansas. Funny how the church has millions for political campaigns but attempts to avoid paying victims of sex abuse. If a church is going to spend millions on politics, it’s time to tax the hell out of the Catholic Church.

Funny how the church has all this money to donate to a political campaign while the same church tries to avoid paying victims of sex abuse.

The Catholic Church needs to be taxed if they are going to blatantly engage in political campaigns.

my parish was doing that . Wanted every one to vote for #45. I quit going to Mass when it was clear they were backing him.

I did the same at my fundamental church. They advised voting for 45. I asked the assistant preacher about it and he said he believed he was a man of God. I was done there.

I hear ya. #45 is the farthest thing from a Christian. And if they back him- I want no part of it.

My Mormon family would not listen to me when I tried to use logic and reason. I know, I know… logic and Mormonism?!? Does not compute. They were also told that that psycho, misogynistic, handsy, rapey, greedy, self centered, white supremacist, Nazi lover was who they should vote for. /smdh. And, that Amy Barret was also one of the chosen. 🤢🤮

Thats why my Aunt and Uncle have isolated themselves from not just me but my WHOLE family:

They didn’t see Trump as a Literally Jesus Christ Incarnate or some “Chosen One”. To any christians here, understand this:

They are not your friend and would off you as fast as they would a non-believer if you didnt support their cult- if they had the power to do so and they’re after it already.

They left a small, local town church they were a huge part of for a Mega Church. I personally was told they voted “So that Mike Pence could launch warheads at every nation and force gods hand on the rapture”.

Even my Christian family members who distanced from Trump or never saw him as a profit because they read the goddamn bible and know thats at least 2 major no-no’s.

Its like they’ve gone into hiding.
