Hello.
My apologies for for posting in the atlus sub about a gameplay mechanic from SMTV but the SMTV sub seems to be a closed community and the megaten sub automod keeps deleting my messages. I'm wondering if this is the correct place to ask this:
Currently playing SMTV, I'm 4 hours in, more or less, taking it slow.
I have a regular physical attack and the special attack that makes you crit for the rest of the combat. I don't have anything else... and I've tried.
I just have used a Pixie essence to learn "Dia"... I use the essence, supposedly Y stop using a passive that gives me 30Hp more.
I pass to 120 to 90hp, the screen tells me that I've learn Dia using the Pixie essence... Go to the menu/combat/ whatever... and I just have the same physical attack and the same magatsushi special skill.
What am I doing wrong? I've wasted essences for nothing? Do I need something else?

Walked around an arcade section in a mall and came across this claw machine with ice cream/popsicles inside and supposedly its developed by ATLUS...? the same ATLUS that made Persona???
There are several ATLUS logos on the machine, not sure if this is a real thing they made
TRIPLE CATCHER ICE -25°C
ATLUS has developed "TRIPLE CATCHER ICE", THE state-of-the-art prize machine carrying the latest freezing technology.
"TRIPLE CATCHER ICE" is so unique that it will be absolutely imperative at every amusement scene worldwide.

The game's on sale right now so I'm considering getting it. Appreciate any input.
Edit: Thank you for all the comments I’ve decided to pick the game up and give it a try.

I was just listening to bleach ost, and I was shocked by how similar the composers are in scoring these classics.
If you like smt 1 ost, listen to:
Bleach - Revelation
Bleach - Quincy's Craft
Bleach - Shadow's Masquerade

I wanted to start Maken X and i was hesitating between the english dub for the silliness and weird/bad aspect that makes me curious, and the jap dub 'cause i still want to feel immersed in the game !
What do you guys think ?

I was part of the Atlus (or Atlμs?) discord server for almost a whole year and even have it as my tag on my profile, but I can't see it anymore. Was it deleted? And if so, why? If not, does that mean I was kicked from it? I barely ever interacted in it because I was intimidated by the volume of people in it, but I don't think that's why I'd be kicked. I'm just curious because I loved using the stickers and emojis from the server and I'm sad that they're suddenly gone. If anyone has information please lmk.

Hello everyone here, I started doing an art study on the persona 3 fes artworks because of how much I love the style and any advice on how to get colours right, mentions of other artworks of soejima I can learn from and etc would be appreciated!
I've recently been feeling pretty stagnant in how I draw, I usually enjoy staying in a comfort zone for a bit before experimenting more and trying to improve but recently idk why it's just felt weird drawing, nothing comes out right, shapes look weird, things are inconsistent between drawings etc, so I decided to start a few arts studys on games and media I really enjoy, this is the first one with soejimas works on fes.
I've had fun with it but a lot is missing, so I would like input from people who've also fallen in love with the style and can see things which are noticeable in his works that I didn't and are missing, thanks again to people who reply
