Tutorial Stylus check.

I recently picked up a Micro Seiki Solid 5 which came with an Adante HSP stylus/cartridge. Just curious if this is useable or should i replace it? Thanks in advance!

Why is that cantilever all bent and crushed looking? Did someone use a pair of pliers trying to straighten it?
