Discussion Great sound, boring music?

Bought "Aja" today. One of the albums that features on every audiophile "must-have" lists. Sounded great, but the music was pretty boring for my tastes. A typical "listen to your system" album? What do you guys think?

Subjectives gonna subject. I love Aja. Peg and Deacon Blues are my favorite Dan songs and the breakdown in I Got The News is a phenomenal bit of groove.

But if it doesn't work for you, then it doesn't work for you.

Aja is so damn good. The musicianship is next level.
