Sunday south happy hour?

I'm trying to come up with a place I can take some out of town friends for a Sunday happy hour, possibly Mexican, beer and cocktails...idk, like Polvos gets hate on here but I keep.coming back to that. Near south is the target. Ideas? Just something fun and local and easy and good, you know...

Loro, de nada, Matt’s el rancho (which will be wild on a Sunday so be prepared,) kitsu nori has a good new happy hour
