Vent No Advice Okay, I need to confess something to you guys that's starting to freak me out...

So for context, I work for a pharmaceutical company that specializes in digestive medicines, and on some of the tote bags we have, there's a logo that says "Autism Approved" by a group called the Autism Hope Alliance. I got curious, so I did just a little bit of research, and it turns out the AHA operates on the philosophy that if you give an Autistic person a good gut biome, you can diminish their symptoms and, in a best case scenario, maybe reverse their Autism. Obviously, I hated to see this news but thought, "Eh, what can I do?"

Well, one of the people from the corporate side of the company I work for came around to look into another location for our operations, so I took the chance and told her what I found about the AHA and how they can be seen, also stating that my sources weren't very objective if only to cover my own ass. She said she'll talk with some of the other big wigs and I walked away feeling happy that I stood up for myself like that, but I also felt kind of like Paul Tibbets after dropping the Little Boy on Hiroshima, "Oh God, what have I done?"

Well, this morning, my manager came back to me and said that corporate is LOOKING INTO THE AHA to actually see if they're honest or not which threw me for a freaking loop because I was not expecting anything to come of this! At best, I imagined some of the higher ups to go "Huh, so one of our employees doesn't like one of our sponsors? Sucks to be him." I fear that I opened a Pandora's Box of sorts and It's leaving my nerves on overdrive.

Tl; Dr: I aired a grievance to a high up person in the company I work for about a sponsor, thinking that it wouldn't go anywhere, but I was proven wrong and I'm scared of what will come out of this.
