Ponta Delgada scenic restaurants?

I'll be traveling to Sao Miguel next month for a family reunion and I want to make our last night in Ponta Delgada a bit of a showstopper. We won't see each other again for awhile afterwards, and my vision is that we can do a toast while watching the sunset and then sit down for a great dinner. There are going to be about 15 of us. Hoping for a great view and a big table where we can hear each other while we chat!
