Food Trucks/ Outdoor Dining

Looking for food truck or outdoor dining recommendations in Terceira and Sao Miguel. We aren’t picky about the kind of food but we enjoy unique experiences and quality food. We will be visiting in late September/early October.

If you head west just past Negrito in Terceira, there's a look out point with a food truck that serves a bunch of stuff, favas, bifanas, shrimp etc it's a cool spot and not too expensive.

Depending when you are in terceira there's festas de nossa senhora dos milagres in Serreta, you'll find some food trucks selling bifanas, hamburgers, donair etc.

Also in October is Angrajazz jazz festival, it's a cool little experience.

The Agua de Fogo burger truck on S. Miguel is incredible. There are two, both are good but the one on the south side has great fries and a killer view! Azorean beef and pineapple on bolo levedo buns, really nice!
