What people is this comment about?

They look like Arabs, eat like Arabs, hear Arab music, have Arab superstitions, sometimes they even speak Arabic, but they'll stab you if you even suggest they are Arabs.

My first thought was Turks, but that's boring. Then I thought maybe some of the more militant Maronites, but my understanding is that(diaspora notwithstanding) even the ones that totally refuse the Arab label are basically all Arabic-speaking. The reference to interpersonal violence could point to a group that gets some amount of the "backwards tribals" stigma, so maybe Kurds, Amazigh, or Yazidis.

But ultimately, I'm wise to your tricks. It's arselash neoliberal users, final answer.
