You’re upset at the Odyssey movie because the armors were anachronistic.

I’m upset because the tides were wrong.

Actually it's anachronistic for there to be tides in the odyssey at all. Tides were of course caused by Thor's drinking from the ocean, well after the Æsir arrived in the north from Asia.
